I've ordered a few things from Iris, mostly knitwear actually. For me, their stuff generally runs true to size. But Ganni can sometimes be a bit quirky, so maybe check the actual brand's size guide if you're really unsure.

yeah I got a Stine Goya top last month and it was spot on for my usual size. I think they usually have good descriptions too, sometimes even mention if something runs small.

Returns were super easy for me when I sent back a top that didn't fit. You just initiate it online and then send it back. I think you might have to pay for shipping for returns though, that's what I remember.

Yeah, I returned a dress last month. It was pretty straightforward, just follow the steps on their site. I think I paid for my own postage back, but otherwise no hassle.

Does Iris Fashion ship to the US? Really want this coat but it's a UK store. How long would it even take to get to, say, NYC?

They do ship internationally, yep! I'm in California and it usually takes about a week or so, sometimes a bit more with customs. NYC might be a little quicker, but I'd budget for at least 7-10 days.

Nah, usually those new customer codes are only for full-price stuff. And afaik, you can't stack codes either. It's usually one coupon per order.

Pretty sure most designer places like Iris only let you use new customer codes on full-price items, it's rare to get it on sale stuff. Read the fine print of the coupon when you get it.
